Separate the government fee from assistance
Our package price comes from the same protected pricing setting used by the application preview. The government’s published fee and a private service’s selling price are different figures. Compare them before choosing how to apply.

Can I apply directly without paying for assistance?
Yes. Review the official application channel for your first-entry country. Purchasing private assistance is optional and does not provide government affiliation, preferential treatment or a guarantee of approval.
Uganda’s guidance notes that bank charges can apply to official payments. Read the authority’s checkout and terms for a direct application rather than treating a published fee as a promise about every payment method. Our own displayed package total remains the inclusive price shown above.
Before paying, make sure you need the regional product
A cheaper-looking permission may cover a different trip. Equally, a regional visa may be unnecessary for a one-country visit. Compare scope and entry order before comparing prices.

Payment does not guarantee an approval
Immigration decides the application and admission. Paying either the government or a private assistance provider does not remove documentary checks. Rwanda’s published guidance says government processing fees are not refunded when an application is denied or withdrawn.
Private-service cancellation and refund terms must be reviewed separately from government rules. Our paid assistance is not open yet. Reading this guide does not create a service agreement.

Is US$199 the government fee?
No. The published regional government fee is US$100. US$199 is our private assistance package total, including that fee and US$99 for assistance.

Do not treat the regional package as a quote for a separate national permission. Kenya-first availability and permissions for countries outside the arrangement need their own checks.
