Application data during preparation
Public application intake is currently closed. Do not submit personal documents. In the private local test, use fictional applicant details and sample documents. Saving the form stores contact, itinerary and preparation details in this workspace’s private database. Full passport and birth-date details are kept in an encrypted record. Uploaded documents are encrypted outside the public website directory. Files remain quarantined unless the configured malware scanner reports them clean.
A temporary essential browser session lets you access your own saved test record. Knowing a reference alone does not grant access. Authorised administrators can review test records; document downloads also require administrator authentication and a clean scan state.
Optional measurement
You can allow or decline first-party measurement using “Measurement choices”. With permission, the site records broad referral categories, approved page paths, route checks and form steps. It does not place names, email addresses, passport numbers, full referring URLs, search terms or document filenames in analytics. On the published website, Google Analytics measures visits and approved route, checklist, cost-calculator and assistance-interest actions on public information pages only after you choose “Allow measurement”. Google receives approved page URLs without query strings, broad referral origins and standard browser/device information. It uses first-party analytics cookies for up to 90 days. Advertising personalisation is disabled. Application, payment and administration pages are excluded. A consented session stores only a broad source category and an approved landing-page path. Recognised assistant source tags may help classify visits when the referring header is absent; attribution is incomplete. Browsing actions are not recorded as visa applications or purchases. You can withdraw permission through “Measurement choices”; analytics collection stops and its first-party cookies are cleared.
Operational test receipt and payment-state records are separate from optional browsing measurement. All current acquisition and checkout records are labelled tests.
Email and payment providers
Test notifications are queued locally. No email is sent automatically. Optional provider integrations require explicit server configuration; the test email adapter only delivers to the configured test recipient. Stripe sandbox checkout, if configured, handles its own test payment details. This website does not collect card numbers.
Retention and requests
Test records remain in the local workspace until the operator removes them. The production controller identity, lawful basis, retention schedule, hosting locations, processor arrangements and applicable rights procedure must be finalised before real personal data is accepted.
