No charge in the local test
No real money is taken here, so the local payment simulation creates no refundable charge. Stripe sandbox statuses, if configured, also do not represent live revenue.
Government fees and private assistance are different
The regional government fee is itemised separately from our assistance within the package total. Refund treatment of a government application must be checked with the issuing authority. Rwanda’s official guidance states that its processing fees are not refunded for denied or withdrawn applications.
Private-service terms before launch
The operator must confirm when work begins, how cancellation is requested, what assistance is refundable and how refunds are processed before enabling live checkout. This test does not invent or promise a refund entitlement.
